About the Position:
The individual will be required to provide comprehensive support to senior members of the US HR organization and their teams. The individual would work directly for the VP, HR Business Partnering & Strategic Workforce Planning and the VP of Labor Relations. The successful candidate should be a team player, have the ability to work effectively across the organization and have strong attention to detail.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Effectively manage calendars for meetings, workshops, appointments and plan and coordinate travel arrangements.
Ability to prepare special reports or presentations by combining and summarizing data from several sources.
Maintain and update HR data and other relevant information for the executive, through the use of spreadsheets or HR systems in order to ensure data is accurate and easily accessible.
Act as the first point of contact in order to support the resolution of queries for the executive.
Support additional project work for HR organization as needed.
Associates Degree or Bachelor?s degree a plus but not required
4+ years of qualifying experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written skills
Ability to assemble and handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Experience in HR is a plus but not required
Ability to draft routine correspondence and organize/maintain files

Reviews accuracy of own work and checks that all details are accurate to ensure multiple tasks and projects are completed on time.
