This HOURLY associate supports the growth of Sears Brand Management by providing outstanding customer service to retail, industrial and international customers that carry Kenmore and DieHard products. Complete customer satisfaction is achieved by consistently performing three primary functions:
1) Order Entry: Timely input of customer orders
2) Order Processing: Resolve purchase order discrepancies with internal departments and suppliers
3) Pre/Post Purchase Care: Assist with warranty/repair requests, shipment errors and product questions

? Input purchase orders from customers into the order management system, including replacement parts and packaging
? Manage execution of purchase orders sent directly from vendors/suppliers to customers including logistical flow and communications
? Resolve shortage claims between customers and suppliers
? Maintain multiple computer systems to support data entry, purchase order execution, product pricing and management reporting.
? Cross train on other booking and transportation functions within SHC.
