Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Cyber Lead to join our team in the Springfield, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manages the technical direction of all Cyber efforts of Mission Services, CSOC and Cyber Security Engineering through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Responsibilities:
- Executing a large task order contract:
- All aspects of managing Integrated Program Office for Cyber Program
- Responsible as primary point of contact with customer for all Cyber matters regarding the program
- Responsible for all service delivery of Information Assurance support across a large government agency
- Responsible for all deliverables associated with Cyber Tasking sand Projects
- Responsible for hiring, performance management, and operational management of information assurance professionals, including information system security officers
Requires Bachelor?s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Math) or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related information technology experience with five plus years in Cyber Security. PMP is a strong plus or indoctrination of Project Planning by this methodology.
-Security+ or equivalent certification to meet DoD 8570.1M requirements for IAT Level II required CISSP preferred and required within 6 months of start and ITIL Foundations desired.
-At least 10 years of experience managing complex, heterogeneous enterprise security projects for or supporting U.S. Government agencies
-At least five years of experience providing Cyber Security Solutions, preferably supporting a U.S. Government agency
-Managerial experience providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing and managing staff to ensure goals and objectives are achieved
-Experience with the management and supervision of employees in a variety of labor categories and skills
-Experience with risk management, issue resolution, problem solving and customer service
-Knowledge of system architectures, networks, and operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills are highly preferred. It is highly desirable that candidates possess strong interpersonal skills. Candidates must be fluent in the English language.
Clearance requirements: Top Secret SCI Clearance and will require random or intermittent polygraph.
