You?ll support security accreditation, system hardening and vulnerability mitigation. You?ll work with other engineers to address system, hardware, and software security considerations. You?ll continue to improve your technical expertise through the identification of new tools, processes and technical solutions to resolve problems and/or improve project output. The Junior System Administrator is responsible for providing a full range of IT support services to customer activities including client/server services and administration of enterprise network infrastructure. You will demonstrate an understanding of System/ Network administration functions in Windows Server 2008R2 and Windows 7/10 environments including Active Directory, DNS, GPO?s and auditing. Experience with Linux and integrating Linux into an Active Directory environment a plus.

General Responsibilities:
Participate in the execution of C&A strategies
? Analyze INFOSEC technical problems
? Work independently and within an agile team structure in a fast paced/dynamic environment
? Provide security assessments to support lifecycle C&A tasks
? Document and update information assurance system documentation such as SSAA
? Provide superior customer service; possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in a dynamic customer centric environment
? Able to conceptualize and implement security systems and architectures
? Experience / understanding of virtualized environments (VMWare 5.x and beyond) and knowledge of provisioning hardware, storage, resources and configuration/administration, including high-availability and failover services.
? Configuration, migration, and O&M of Windows OS and Windows based applications.
? Configuration and O&M of RHEL OS and Linux based applications.
? Experience with RAIDs, SANs, High Availability, Backups and Disaster Recovery is desired.
? Experience in security hardening of Operating Systems in a standalone environment as well as through GPOs preferred.
? Perform maintenance, repair and upgrade hardware and printers; interfacing with support repair techs.
? Provide superior customer service; possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in a dynamic customer centric environment

Mandatory Skills:
Requires Bachelor's degree (in field mathematics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science) or equivalent and two to four years experience with information networks and the security aspects.
? Security + (CE) minimum, CISSP desired
