Responsible for developing the strategic vision for media investment across the enterprise. Champions data driven, integrated, cross-channel consumer experiences leveraging the use of technology to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. Deliver content distribution strategy/media planning, communications thought leadership and future vision for how to connect with evolving consumer behaviors with media. Manages paid media investment internally and with agency partner(s).

Lead Conagra into new/emerged media opportunities
Identify new needs and opportunities for technology to drive the use of data in marketing and manage relationship with external technology partners, especially in the programmatic space (e.g. DMP, DSP, DCO).
Orchestrate audience insights into channel plans and consumer apertures to inspire content creation.
AOR coordination/supervision for all paid media
Lead media upfront (both traditional and digital/ emerging) participation, process and approval
Leverage Conagra scale for best cost/value/ effectiveness
Directs the integration of data with agency and business partners to effectively reach specific audience segments
Evaluate/direct added value and integrated media partner content opportunities for brands
Ensure team and agency alignment with priority brands
Establish corporate guidelines for paid media placement policies and procedure supervision
Media buying administration and payment approval
Inspire internal and agency teams to create great work
Partner with analytics team to develop measurement approach of media and work to select best external partners to assist with analyses
Ability to manage agency as well as external media partner relationships to strike strong business deals for Conagra portfolio
Determine channel approach and philosophy to most effectively drive offline and ecommerce sales for key brands
Leads the development of an integrated media strategy, zero-based budget approach in partnership with AOR to deliver on brand specific needs and business objectives
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 15 years of media experience, with at least 5 in digital media specifically
Strong competency in programmatic marketing across channels
Experience in negotiation of large corporate marketing deals with media companies
Successful prior experience working with network of teams to translate marketing objectives into functional consumer channel strategies and tactics.
Experience in communications planning, digital strategy and performance based media
Proven ability to develop and execute media/ channel programs that drive sales volume and brand perception shifts.
Solid quantitative skills to perform post-program analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to results; ability to incorporate new learning into existing plans and act decisively.
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead people.
Experienced in viewability and bot validation tools
Deep expertise in traditional and digital media, paid social media, data management and measurement.
