Summary:
The Sr. Exec Admin Assistant to executive leadership serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President. Will also serve as a liaison to the Executive Management Team. Organizes, coordinates, and oversees special administrative projects. The Senior (Sr) Executive (Exec) Administrative (Admin) Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. Has the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Essential Job Functions:
Exercises initiative and independent judgment in managing executive leaders schedule and daily activities.
Facilitates the efficient utilization of the executive leadership's time through coordination of a complex calendar of appointments, meetings and speaking engagements.
Safeguards the confidentiality of the executive leadership’s office by exercising discretion in communicating information.
Manages, distributes and tracks tickets for various events on behalf of executive leaders.
Facilitates official travel for the executive leaders and corporate visitors by making travel arrangements with appropriate vendors.
Researches and places orders for holiday/birthday/other gifts on behalf of executive leaders.
Manages Calendar/Expense/Travel as needed for executive leaders.
Manages a variety of special projects and successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the executive leadership's ability to effectively lead the company.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Other Related Duties:
Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports but may provide guidance, leadership or training to others
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adaptable to various competing demands.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision making.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Five (5) to eight (8) years related work experience supporting C-Level Executives.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None required.
Work Complexity:
Problems and issues faced are difficult and complex, and may require understanding of broader set of issues. Problems typically involve consideration of multiple issues and understanding of the financial/mortgage industry. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.
