Performs highly complex and interpretive financial analysis for Corporate. Presents analysis and recommendations to management. Effectively leads small teams and works well with small ad-hoc requests and project teams.
Partner with Supply Chain, Corporate Controller?s Group, Treasury, Tax and Operating Segments to obtain the forecast input and to understand the main drivers for the changes in working capital and balance sheet metrics including invested capital and ROIC.
Analyze monthly variances between actual results, current estimate, plan and prior year. Summarize results and discuss with management.Participate in system maintenance which includes copying between various versions, locking forecasts, and analyzing data using various a variety of systems.
Supports the financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the enterprise.
Involved in quarter-close activities including earnings release documents, management reporting, and board of directors presentations.
Distribution of monthly financial packets to leadership.
Validation of financials and financial systems, in conjunction with variance analysis.
Provide financial guidance to business partners.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years financial work experience
Experience with financial modeling/analysis
Operates with a high degree of self-initiative
Builds a strong internal network of relationships
Understanding and effectively communicates to audience
Proactively identifies opportunities and solutions to business issues
Proven understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
