Responsibilities
To set objectives and delivers results that have some longer-term impact within the job area.
To provide support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement.
To meet and communicate with the customer on and consistent basis to understand and fulfill their requirements.
To establish processes and procedures for the take-on of both transferred stock and direct deliveries from suppliers-ensuring accurate data capture and verification of goods received.
To establish agree and implement an ongoing system of perpetual inventory checking and stock verification-ensuring that audited activity matches designed procedures.
To oversee overall people processes within the scope of responsibility to ensure compliance with Human Resource policies.
To estimate staffing need and schedules and assigns work to subordinates.
To train control staff to use systems and procedures and to develop appropriate monitoring processes.
Requirements
Current or previous background in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement or Production Improvement required
Knowledgeable of Lean methodologies
Presentation Skills
Strong in regression analysis, logic, statistics, mathematics
Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Communication skills, spoken and written (English and Thai)
