Responsibilities

  • To set objectives and delivers results that have some longer-term impact within the job area.
  • To provide support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement.
  • To meet and communicate with the customer on and consistent basis to understand and fulfill their requirements.
  • To establish processes and procedures for the take-on of both transferred stock and direct deliveries from suppliers-ensuring accurate data capture and verification of goods received.
  • To establish agree and implement an ongoing system of perpetual inventory checking and stock verification-ensuring that audited activity matches designed procedures.
  • To oversee overall people processes within the scope of responsibility to ensure compliance with Human Resource policies.
  • To estimate staffing need and schedules and assigns work to subordinates.

  • To train control staff to use systems and procedures and to develop appropriate monitoring processes.

Requirements

  • Current or previous background in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement or Production Improvement required
  • Knowledgeable of Lean methodologies 
  • Presentation Skills 
  • Strong in regression analysis, logic, statistics, mathematics
  • Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication skills, spoken and written (English and Thai)
  • Able to work 6 days/week required
