Provide systems engineering support for the SEC C3T portfolio of systems. This Task encompasses evaluation, insertion, and integration of emerging software technology focused on the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Sensors and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) domain with an emphasis on Command and Control (C2); the current and future Army Battle Command System (ABCS); and enabling strategic and tactical systems. In addition, C3T is responsible for supporting the PM
Mission Command and PEO C3T?s mission to ensure that software has been correctly developed, documented, and is supportable during post deployment.

Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components

Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements

Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of information systems

Develop or approve project plans, schedules, or budgets

Direct the analysis, development, and operation of complete computer systems

Establish functional or system standards to ensure operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints are addressed

Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability

Investigate system component suitability for specified purposes and make recommendations regarding component use

Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes

Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems

Provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams

Define, document, and maintain the system and network architecture within the organization

Design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
