Responsibilities:
Conducts, analysis/evaluations of user problems associated with Air Force systems needed to meet requirements for Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
Analyzes technical processes with a group of OM&S technical experts (Data Managers, Software Engineers, Develops, Cloud Engineers etc.) to improve and sustain MPE in an agile software environment.
Collaborates with other OM&S team members to ascertain OM&S functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and coordinates testing and system controls.
Participates in daily scrum team meetings to share results and aid Systems Engineers and Software Developers in defining backlog.
Works under the limited supervision to accomplish assigned tasks in a SAFe agile environment on OM&S.
Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager
Required Qualifications:
Current Secret level clearance.
Requires working knowledge of and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, concepts, and business analysis techniques relating to OM&S networks.
Requires BS degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs
