Full Time Employee Contractor
Responsible for day-to-day management of multiple programs/projects/Task Orders in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Supervise and provide direction to on-site leads managing teams at customer locations. Collaborate with the COR, COTR and the Prime PM to create and maintain a detailed work plan to include specific tasks, assignments, task dependencies, milestones and schedule for all tasks associated with the project. Position requires strong leadership skills, ability to effectively manage projects and people with minimal guidance, management of stakeholder expectations, measuring project progress and success and presentation of results to technical and business audiences.
The Program Manager duties/responsibilities include the following:
? Perform contract/task order management which includes developing strategies for successful planning and execution, monitoring and assessing technical, cost, quality, and schedule performance, and preparing written and verbal deliverables, reports and presentations for management and customers.
? Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing key client, employee, and subcontractor working relationships.
? Manage and track team performance, contract technical compliance, project schedule deadlines/status, and resolving any customer service issues as needed.
? Ensure compliance of deliverables that are a consistent level of technical quality to meet customer?s requirements.
? Ensure quality control, security, configuration management, and technical standards are adhered to.
? Perform personnel management to include staffing, completing employee performance reviews, and resolving
? Identify and manage risk, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring decisions are being made.
? Contribute to continued improvement and implementation of new project planning concepts, techniques, policies and procedures to meet customer requirements and expectations.
? Prepare input for strategic business planning.
? Perform business development, marketing, and proposal efforts.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
? Must have sound program management, subcontractor management, government contracting/acquisition, and personnel management experience.
? Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
? Ability to use considerable logic, knowledge, and understanding to determine problem cause, effect, and resolution to make routine decisions/recommendations.
? Must possess good customer handling skills.
? Ability to multi-task and respond to short deadline taskings.

? Position requires Bachelor?s degree or equivalent, and twelve or more years of related (technical environment) experience including management experience.

? Previous experience managing IT services or programs
? Previous experience managing DOD task orders, contracts or services
? Previous experience supporting proposal activities
? Previous experience managing a geographically dispersed workforce
? US Citizen
? Secret clearance minimum to start; eligible for Top Secret
