Provide direct support to Federal government leaders in a professional business, government environment

Provide administrative, project management and analysis support to government leaders who are responsible for a portfolio of programs

Perform administrative functions, including management and coordination of office communication, meeting minutes, status reporting and other business office administrative functions

Perform project management functions, including coordinating project teams to ensure integration of efforts and configuration management

Perform project monitoring, tracking, reviews and reporting

Perform analysis of current processes, procedures, SOPs and provide recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness

Perform analysis in support of enhancements in the areas of policy, communications, collaboration and general business operations

Must be skillful in working with a large government organization

Must be skillful in working with a set of diverse federal and contractor staffs

Must have better than average oral and verbal communication skills

Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite of Professional Software Tools, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Must be able to schedule meetings using standard Microsoft Outlook

Must have organizational skills

Must be able to provide qualitative and quantitative rationale for all actions to be taken in support of the government
