Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in the Northern VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.


The All-Source Analyst shall assist with researching, analyzing, and drafting all-source intelligence assessments for a broad range of DHS intelligence customers including DHS senior officials, DHS Component operators and policymakers, Federal, state, and local officials, and private sector. Assessments may range from short, current intelligence products for warning purposes to longer, complex, multi-thematic assessments. Analysis will include estimates/forecasts, anticipatory intelligence, explanatory analysis, and descriptive analysis. Assessments will incorporate classified and unclassified information, DHS data, other agency information, open sources, and law enforcement information. Assessments will be prepared in a variety of formats, all compatible with Intelligence Community Directive 203 (Analytic Tradecraft) and 206 (Sourcing) and other applicable ICDs as well as other, e.g., Departmental, law enforcement, tradecraft directives, standards, and guidance, when appropriate. The Contractor may be required to brief customers on assessments and prepare briefings based on finished analysis, including preparing daily briefings for senior decision makers. The Contractor shall apply knowledge of relevant databases and methodologies to determine appropriate sources, determine indicators and relationships, and generate intelligence support packages providing situational awareness and threat analysis to inform and assist senior policymakers and operational decision makers with threat mitigation in support of DHS personnel serving domestically and internationally. The Contractor shall possess subject matter expertise in nodal analysis through the use of various analytic tools and software designed to focus on identifying networks to identify bad actors and their associates resulting in the production of high-quality papers, presentations, association matrices and charts, recommendations, and findings to brief high level officials. The Contractor shall support the application of real-time intelligence to operational decision making and terrorist threat deterrence.


  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.
  • Provides strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources, i.e. INTs.
  • Applies knowledge of INT-specific analysis techniques as required.
  • Possesses at least working knowledge of (preferably hands-on experience with) databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems.
  • Must possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meets or exceeds established analytical standards.
