Responsibilities

• Develop strategic approaches for new customer acquisition and relationship building.
• Market research, develop business strategy & pipeline and define new business opportunities
• Actively explore new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to establish long-term partnerships.
• Set sales targets and manage performance, creating execution plans to achieve goals.
• Drive service improvements and innovations based on industry trends and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift responses to customer requirements and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in customer acquisition and sales.
• 5+ years of experience in the relevant sector. (Consumer Retail / Semicon or Tech)
• Understanding of SCM (Supply Chain Management) or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the logistics or related industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English in written and verbal
