The Software Coordinator position is located in Reston/Herndon VA. Candidate needs to be moderately proficient in technical online systems and software. Additionally, the candidate will have a good understanding and technical background with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and/or new applications.
The software coordinator will be assigned to learn proprietary software and become proficient on all aspects of customer-specific iteration of the software. This person will be responsible for providing support to end-user community on hardware, software and network related problems, questions, and use. Provides resolutions to out of the ordinary issues for users. If unable to diagnose problem, will work with Help Desk Management to diagnose and resolve problem. Responds to tier two and higher trouble tickets. Ensures problem ownership and promotes end-user satisfaction. Closes activities of tickets assigned. This person will be working directly on customer site.
? Requires Bachelor?s Degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and three to six years of related experience in computer hardware, software, networking systems, and in the set-up, configuration, use, and troubleshooting of computer systems.
? Applicant must possess a TS/SCI with full scope poly clearance.
