About the Role:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our growing Vulnerability Management team within our internal Information Security group. In this role, you will focus on leveraging the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Asset Management modules to support our mission of enhancing security and resilience across our organization. You will work on customizing and scripting to develop creative, effective solutions tailored to our vulnerability management needs. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical aspect of our security operations while working alongside a collaborative and innovative team.


What You’ll Do:
  • Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Asset Management modules.

  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow features and applications to meet specific vulnerability management requirements.

  • Participate in the development and execution of test plans to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across vulnerability management, IT, and security teams.

  • Support the integration of data sources such as Falcon, Tenable, Threat Intelligence, and other systems with ServiceNow.

  • Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer to design and configure workflows and data exchange.

  • Enhance reporting capabilities for Vulnerability Response using Performance Analytics.

  • Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach to solve emerging challenges.

  • Perform Vulnerability Management functions in a dynamic environment


  • What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • At least two years of experience scripting and customization on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Experience specifically with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Asset Management modules is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including developing reusable, maintainable code and writing tests to ensure code coverage.

  • Familiarity with client-side and server-side scripting for ServiceNow.

  • Experience with version control, update sets, and SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, or Scrum.

  • Security-minded, with an understanding of vulnerabilities and asset management.

  • Self-motivated, creative, and strong problem-solving skills.


  • Bonus Points:
  • ServiceNow Developer Certifications.

  • Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs into ServiceNow applications.

  • Experience working with ServiceNow Flow Designer.

  • Previous experience working in a security-focused or vulnerability management role.

  • Experience with Go, Python, and other languages
