Your tasks:

  • Administer assigned HR Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines
  • Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution
  • Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR service
  • Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR service as per set standards and guidelines
  • Gather inputs and feedback from HR partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor

Your profile:

  • Fluent Dutch and English language
  • Ideally 2+ years work experience in HR / administration / payroll
  • Detail oriented person with good communication skills
  • Business understanding
