About the Position:
Prepare transaction, benchmarking, budget and project tracking analysis to report progress vs. KPI?s or key project milestones and project plan.
Assign and track projects, project related accounting, work flow to ensure manager and specialists can accurately assess and report progress.
Support and create analysis of department vendor, broker and labor spend to ensure gaps or trends are timely and accurately communicated.
Analyze key functional and departmental work streams including preparation of scorecard and other reports. Reporting frequency, dependent on metric or process, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual.
Utilize NPV, IRR and other financial analytical processes to monitor and measure outcomes.
Support manager and specialists to complete tasks as directed.
Maintain and update databases and information repositories.
Document work and sources to ensure accuracy.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Execution of work including detailed spreadsheets.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of work performed.
Inform Director or Manager on progress and issues or constraints.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and 1+ years? work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with PC software applications including the Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to use enterprise reporting tools including People soft, Oracle, Business Objects, and accounting midrange and mainframe based software applications used in the department desirable.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks timely.
Demonstrate strong financial, analytical and administrative skills including knowledge.
Must continue to develop and learn in a fast changing environment by continually enhancing necessary professional and managerial skills.
