Overall Role Purpose

Lead the profitable development of global accounts by positioning DHL as a strategic business partner and delivering agreed program through a team drawn from across the DHL network


Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in and contribute to the development of strategies and approaches to maintain, protect, improve and grow account sales and portfolio

2. Develop sales plans with the aim of gaining new business and maximizing growth within the existing account base

3. Promote DHL professional logistic solutions for assigned or new key accounts

4. Implement global and regional account acquisition / development approaches in alignment with company guideline

5. Manage an allocated portfolio and collaborate with internal departments in order to deliver a high level of service

6. Establish a pricing review or RFQ process that ensures improving margins from designated accounts

7. Work closely with various parties in different country offices and the regional office, to target the right type of business, ensure a long-term business partnership with customers and the achievement of corporate goals




1. A track record of high performance in sales relationship roles with a minimum of 6 years selling experience
2. Experience in the logistic, tech or service provider industry would be a plus
3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
