The global department HR Group Functions Compensations and Benefits advises the business on the best solutions for its rewards needs, which in turn cares for the needs of our people. The right rewards strategy allows us to better market our total value proposition to recruit and retain the best talent. You will be part of the team in Bonn with colleagues in CZ, MY, US and MX.

Your tasks

• Support Compensation & Benefits tasks and look for opportunities to optimize and automate processes and tools.
• Apply data analysis and run C&B analytics including visualization
• Complete job evaluations, salary increases, salary benchmarks, by collecting internal and external data as needed

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a comparable course of study with a focus on data analytics (matriculation required)
• Microsoft Excel (Macros, VBA/Power Query) Advanced (Indispensable)
• PowerBI Intermediate (Desired)
• Compensation & Benefits Basic (Desired) 
• Good knowledge of English and German would be an advantage
• Team Player, very good analytical, organizational and communication skills, reliable, ability to manage sensitive confidential data
