Responsibilities
This role shall manage overall operations process design, analyze process system and shall implement effective improvements / changes to meet operations objectives and goals.Â

Reviews existing operations processes and workflows with Operations Managers and Site Managers to sustain / improve effectiveness and efficiencies of the operations
Optimizes process designs, tests and implements changes to reduce costs and improves productivity rates
Performs risk assessment and management
Designs and tests process upgrades and new process systems
Ensures compliance with safety and quality standard operating procedures and policies.
Performs process simulations and troubleshooting issues
Performs optimization tests
Develops routines and applies best practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies of the operations
Develops standardized operating instructions of the upgrade processes
Documents, tracks and monitors data and reports of process improvements
Spearheads task force of process improvement and participates in Value Stream Mapping
Proposes strategic annual plans through quantifying assumptions and expectations
Develops TDM according to Roles and Responsibilities
Reviews and validates job routines with immediate superior.Â
Reviews R&R and objectives of the function with Site Operations to assess compatibility and sustainability
Reviews R&R with Site Managers in accordance to OMS rules and build a strategy that align with Senior Management Team.Â
Supports site for required and necessary process standardization and improvements
Ensures alignment of established operations deliverables with Operations Director and Site Managers that will consistently support the goals of OMS. Monthly performance review must be consistenly conducted.Â
Ensures 100% alignment and understanding of job standardization to leverage performance with the goal of improving processes to sustain effectiveness and efficiencies of the operations
Supports along with OE to furtherly improve / develop standards in the operations
Attends training in accordance with training matrix / plan.
Implements tactical meetings and ensure that the meetings are dynamic and solution oriented
Prepares and cascades operations overall performance and areas of improvements / development
Conducts monthly performance review with direct leadership team
Implements and manages routines the required Gemba walks for the Operational team in alignment with the OMS standard to complete Standard Confirmation.
Identifies areas of development / improvement and engage / encourage team to suggest/support improvements in the processes for overall improvements in the operations
Suggests improvement ideas on your process and for the overall operations to your superior
Supports CI initiatives best suited to the site from the First Choice toolbox (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S)
