Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer complaints and enquiries
2. Develop customer relationships with existing customers
3. Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key customer contacts
4. Support Branch Manager to meet department targets
5. Coordinate/liaise/work with Carrier contact on operational activities, issue resolution, process execution and performance improvements according to corporate policy
6. Lead in discussions to negotiate rates and agreement terms to ensure commercial acceptability without risk, fitness for purpose & value
7.Continuously monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plan with suppliers for rectification of performance issues in compliance with Company and DPDHL corporate policy and standard.
8. Coordinate with other departments on customer inquiries / needs.
9.Coordinate with overseas counterparts & other departments on customer inquiries / needs.
10. Responsible for operational result at country/country group level
11 Defines, monitors and enforces targets to the operational units
12 Select and assigns key positions to reach targets
13 Analyses costs and cost structure of production on country/country group level, and derives improvement measurements and actions
14 Prepare statistical reports
15. Responsible for constant improvement and optimization of production means (cost management
16. Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department.
17. Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
18. Consult performance appraisal.
19. Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.

2. Good knowledge of international trade
3. Basic knowledge of logistic
4. Good knowledge of OFR/AFR documentation flow& requirement worldwide
5. Good knowledge of CW1/EDM
6. Basic knowledge of SEAWIN
7. Basic knowledge of law and government regulation related to business
8. Basic knowledge of project management & process improvement
9. Good knowledge of customs clearance procedure
10. Bachelor’s degree or above
11. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Logistics industry.
