YOUR TASKS
The MCC Work Preparartion Coordinator role is responsible for the preparation of all planned work on the aircraft of the DHL fleets and contracted operator at the Leipzig site. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the required work documents. The MCC Work Preparation Coordinator also orders the necessary tools and spare parts for the planned work in Leipzig.
Review of work packages / work orders for aircraft under maintenance at EATL.
Processing of work packages / work orders as well as checking the documentation required for execution, such as AMM, IPC, SRM, WDM, etc., for current revision status
Review of technical and content completeness of the check packages
Content and technical contact for the respective operators as well as production managers of EATL
Ensuring availability of spare parts and tools for the planned work orders
Planning and organization of personnel / qualifications, ground time, hall space, special equipment as well as required spare parts for the corresponding work packages
Coordinate and collaborate with other involved areas (including OMT, TOC, Stores, Engineering) for timely execution of work packages and individual maintenance events
Maintain and continuously improve work and process flows
Coordinate outsourcing to external vendors (NDT inspections, aircraft washing)
Organization and coordination of all checks including possible additional packages for modifications / SB's and AD's
Supervision of the smooth execution of the assigned work packages
Collaboration on interdivisional projects
YOUR PROFILE
Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience or many years of relevant professional experience as an aircraft mechanic, electronics technician, maintenance, engine technician
Type rating according to EASA Part 66 B1/B2 or comparable qualification on the types A300-600, B757, B767 or B777
Very good knowledge of English and German
Very good knowledge of manufacturer documentation (IPC, AMM, SRM WDM etc.)
Very good knowledge of the software applications TRAX, AMOS, AIMS as well as MS-Office applications
Willingness to work in shifts
Ability to work under stressful situations
Ability to identify priorities in parallel jobs
Ability to work in a team
