CUSTOMS COUNTRY LEAD (M/F) - Military veterans preferred

We are seeking an experienced Customs Country Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and overseeing the movement of goods across international borders.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Leading three teams (in total 20-30 FTEs) across CZE supporting our customers in different industries and locations
• Managing customs clearance processes for all imports and exports
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations and legislation
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key customs
• Providing guidance and support to internal teams on customs procedures and requirements
• Monitoring customs costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Leading the resolution of any customs-related issues or disputes
• See customs services as a potential business case and support sales department/site management in offering this service

Now here's what we need from you:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in customs management
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and legislation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with business-oriented thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in matrix organization
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for personal use with special fuel discounts
• Excellent communication skills (both Czech & English), spoken and written
