About the Position:
Reporting to the Director Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) the Sr. Manager for SRM will support in the global governance of the program across the Walmart Global Indirect Procurement Organization. In This role the candidate will leverage their strong sourcing and SRM background to enhance sourcing practices from a policy perspective improving supplier performance of key suppliers.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to conducting qualitative and quantitative risk-based assessments to identify and manage the most strategic supplier partnerships. Additionally, this position will require the Sr. Manager to possess a deep understanding of Supply Chain and Indirect Procurement while demanding accountability and results from internal stakeholders.
High level of exposure to international markets, Senior Leadership with a proven track record of analytical problem solving and presenting in a persuasive manner.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00?Â
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.?Â

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
