This position supports the Air Force Long Range Stand-Off (LRSO) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. Candidate will perform Reliability, Maintainability and Testability Predictions/analyses, develop models and allocations. Perform Reliability Growth Projections, Support Field Data collection and trend analyses, and supports database development. Develops, coordinates and conducts technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments (doe) constructs. Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics; investigates and analyzes relevant variables potentially affecting product and processes. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required for this role. Final Secret Clearance required at start.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Math, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited college/university. This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired skills
Knowledge of Reliability methods, including Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Modeling and Predictions. Experiences with statistical methods. Proficiency in verbal and written media. Applies discretion and judgment to complete assignments of limited scope.
