As a Transport Systems Analyst at DHL, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transport systems to deliver excellence. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide systems support across our Transport business. Working within our fast-paced, time critical, team environment, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and develop professionally. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Provision of 2^nd level systems user support for all transport related systems including portal issues, data failures, track and trace, consigning, finance and billing
• Delivering critical support to ensure customer expectations and SLA’s are met
• Analysis and reporting of systems and procedures
• Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• System set up and onboarding of new customers
• Ad hoc projects

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Transport, Statistics or similar (desirable)
• Previous Transport System skills and experience
• Developed transport, operational, or warehouse knowledge and experience in logistics and supply chain processes
• Support or Help Desk experience
• Working knowledge of system, network and data base set-ups
• Systems administration background
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Office, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Effective written and verbal communication and influencing skills
