My Assistant is Walmart’s generative AI powered assistant for associates, providing a unified, personalized, and trusted way to access Walmart knowledge, data, and actions. The My Assistant team builds experiences that serve Walmart’s 2.1M associates across Walmart US, Sam’s Club, Walmart International, and Campus. Ultimately, our aim is to create a virtual assistant for the world’s largest workforce to help 255M people a week save money and live better.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager – Enterprise GenAI Growth & Adoption to join our People Product and Design organization. This role will focus on driving GenAI tool growth and adoption by informing our enterprise tool strategy and executing effective marketing to reach our adoption goals. Using a data driven approach you will track adoption across the enterprise as new tools are launched. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product launches and growth and will be adept at developing and executing marketing and analytics strategies.

Responsibilities

• Product Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio level strategies to drive growth across the organization.
• Product Ownership: Own the marketing and analytics product set, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering impactful results.
• Experimentation and Optimization: Design and run experiments to optimize marketing and analytics efforts, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, present findings, and drive consensus on marketing and analytics initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and analytics strategies.
• Change Management: Including roadshows and adoption campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Identify key metrics, track performance, and continuously analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and optimize the user journey.
• Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and optimization.
• Roadmap Development: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive the most significant business impact.
• Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation, increased efficiencies, and outsized impact.

Qualifications

• Experience: 9+ years of product management experience with a focus on product growth, marketing, and analytics. Proven history of successful product launches and growth.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in using analytics with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to diverse stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Experience in developing and executing marketing and analytics strategies.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges. Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.
• Customer Empathy: A strong sense of customer empathy and interest in supporting the organization's goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of domain experience working on growth in a product management role.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics and data-driven product design.
• Proven track record in product-led growth.
• Strong proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization techniques.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages is a plus.
• Experience working with engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about user experience and customer-centric product development.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
