This Lockheed Martin Compensation & Performance Management (C&PM) position will provide support to participants and HR professionals in the administration and delivery of Lockheed Martin?s Global Long-Term Incentive program communications and education. In addition, this position will provide monthly and annual Global Long-Term Incentive reporting and consultation support to a team of Accounting, Tax, and Finance professionals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Assist with equity management for the company, including processing transactions, answering participant questions, maintaining a database and reporting on a regular basis
? Assist with quarterly trading block and any ad hoc trading block;
? Support the administration of enterprise-wide long-term incentive programs which can include PSUs, RSUs, fixed cash awards, and performance-based cash awards;
? Optimize and execute vesting events and annual FICA event;
? Assist with proxy and 10k reporting on Long-Term Incentives;
? Assist with quarterly SOX 404 testing and reporting;
? Act as an internal resource for Long-Term Incentive programs;
? Provide internal customers with analytics and reporting on Long-Term Incentive programs;
? Work with 3rd party provider to create procedures and solutions that meet SOX 404 review..
? At least 5-8 years of professional experience with at least 1-5 years in Stock Plan administration.
? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related area is required;
? Broad based knowledge of HR and payroll operations and compliance practices
? Project management experience with knowledge of full project life cycle, including business process design, documentation, execution and change management
? Experience building strong client relationships;
? Consultative skills and experience influencing business decisions;
? Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems, analyze data and translate into recommendations and presentations;
? Strong business acumen;
? Ability to anticipate legal, tax, accounting, and administrative issues surrounding global Long-Term Incentive compensation
? Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Access, Excel (utilizing advanced features such as vLookups and Pivot Tables), and Powerpoint with ability to produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations.
? CEP designation is highly-valued;
? Familiarity with government contracting environment is highly valued;
? Ability to read and comprehend plan documents and award agreements is highly-valued;
? Knowledge of basic deferred compensation plans valued;
? Demonstrated detail-orientation, multitasking and effective project management skills;
? Ability to work either independently or in a virtual team environment, depending on the task.
? Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present complex ideas to senior management and other audiences;
? Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional and external reporting relationships;
