This job entails interfacing with the TADS SRAs (Special Repair Activities) regarding repairs and test equipment, creating metrics, and ensuring throughput at the SRAs is optimal. Responsible for analyzing data to identify failure trends and recommending actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Responsibilities include interacting with SRA personnel, subcontractors, report writing, white paper writing, and RRB (Repair Review Board). Recognize opportunities for improvement based on failure data. Candidate should have the ability to learn hardware/software and troubleshooting skill sets.
?Bachelors or Masters from an accredited college in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or a related discipline
?Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
?Strong Computer Skills including MS Office
?Understanding of requirements conforming to current industrial/military standards
?Strong interpersonal communication, planning and writing skills
?Ability to adapt to up-tempo work environment, motivated and result oriented
?Demonstrated ability to work within a team
?Experience troubleshooting or repairing electronics in military or commercial industry
?Experience presenting findings to customers and management
?Active Secret Clearance
?Testability & Maintainability Experience
?Mathcad, Matlab, LabView, Test stand, and Lab Windows/CVI Systems integration Experience
?Electronic/Electromechanical testing and troubleshooting
?Understanding of Engineering drawings, Mechanical and Electronic
