The Director, Risk Operations is a senior leadership role within Walmart’s Marketplace business responsible for leading the execution and results against risk strategies, plans, and policies. This role reports up to the Vice President of Seller Performance and Support partnering closely with the functions responsible for acquiring, lifecycle managing, and optimizing Seller growth and success. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring buyers and sellers transact in an environment that is managed, safe and fair thereby enabling efficient and quality assortment and experiences. This leader will also be accountable for leading a large, global team comprised of in-house and outsourced partner resources capable of achieving quality results while scaling.Â
