Responsibilities
To provide logistics operations to meet customer requirements, including: maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading the respective warehouse operational teams to ensure a process of effective management of operations and support functions.
To oversee overall people processes in the respective warehouse to ensure compliance with Human Resource policies.
To estimate staffing needs, schedules, and assigns work to subordinates.
To develop and evaluates performance targets and goals.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Warehouse Management especially in Retails is preferable
Background in customer relationship management
Leadership and Understanding of Logistics & Supply Chain business
Negotiation skills
Financial and budgeting skills
Communication and presentation skills
Thai and English language skills required for this role
