Performs as the technical subject matter expert.
Designs new capabilities & improvements to existing capabilities.
Manages teams (TTO's/technology focused) developing hardware or software based CNO capabilities providing direction to other CNO developers.
Provides design ideas for new capabilities or recommendations for improvements to existing capabilities.
Expert level knowledge of multiple programming languages such as C/C++, assembly, Python, or PERL.
Expert knowledge of software development methodologies, security concepts, networks, device drivers, & system internals are applied in daily tasks.
Expert knowledge in multiple technology areas (eg. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
Communicates status with leadership and customers.
Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions that are highly innovative.
Serves as organization spokesperson on projects and/or programs.
Acts as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
Manages the design, development, documenting, testing and debugging of applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.
Leads multiple projects developing hardware or software based CNO capabilities providing direction to other CNO developers.
Considered a Lead and manages the work of others.
US Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain an appropriate security clearance in order to remain qualified for employment.
