YOUR TASKS
Monitoring and maintaining airworthiness in 24/7 operation, as well as ensuring punctual flight operations from a technical point of view.Ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations (LBA/ EASA) and other approved EAT internal procedures (such as MOE, CAME) or those of the respective operator.
Single Point of Contact for the managed fleets; permanent overview of the technical status, reporting of the status, notification of acute changes to relevant departments and technical support for the operators.
Monitoring of ongoing and planned maintenance in the +72 hours area at all stations.
Examination of incoming maintenance documentation including release of the aircraft (CRS).
Acceptance of the aircraft for flight operations (according to process description - active handover to flight operations).
Examination, consideration and approval of the deferral of complaints and scheduled maintenance, as well as the monitoring of the corresponding entries in the MIS.
Continuous monitoring of deferred complaints and those that cause operational restrictions for the operation.
Support of the support departments (e.g., Engineering, STP, AV, Logistics, Troubleshooting) to make the aircraft available to the network as quickly as possible.
Communication with the aircraft crews in case of technical problems to ensure reliable operation and avoid delays or cancellations.
Supports the "Daily Planner" in planning aircraft routes and coordinating maintenance activities, so that the aircraft is operational within the planned schedule and is available to the DHL network.
Ensuring solution-oriented communication between all departments involved in the troubleshooting process (AOG Recovery).
Senior Coordinator is always able to provide information on ongoing AOGs.
Quick restoration of airworthiness ensured by effective coordination and monitoring of the AOG situation.
Examination and release of short-term requested A/C changes.
Information to the maintenance operation if there are changes in the area of flight planning.
Tracking and maintenance of technical delays.
Coordination and support of third-party activities as needed at the external stations.
Assumption of special tasks, participation in cross-departmental projects as well as in the further development of internal processes.
YOUR PROFILE
Completed studies and several years of relevant professional experience or holder of a Part 66 CAT B1 or CAT B2 license for aircraft maintenance
At least three years of experience in the field of aircraft maintenance
Knowledge of aviation laws (EASA, LBA regulations), airworthiness and operational procedures during flight operations
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance intervals, maintenance planning and the management of maintenance work
A model entry relevant to EAT or comparable
Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making, effective communication
High resilience and ability to assess problems in stressful situations and make timely decisions
Structured approach in a complex environment while maintaining priorities
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
Knowledge in MS Office and programs like AIMS, TRAX, AMOS, Netline is desirable
Service readiness and customer-oriented behavior
