JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide system administration, programming, and troubleshooting guidance to junior System Administrators
Develop standard operating procedures to support System Administration activities
Develop and maintain weekly SLA compliance reports
Develop and maintain weekly Nuisance Alarm Reduction Progress Reports
Program, integrate, migrate, and troublesh?oot physical security systems
Work with Uber security staff to troubleshoot and mitigate system performance issues
Recommend system upgrades and enhancements to the Program Manager
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements as directed by the Program Manager and approved by Uber
Troubleshoot system performance issues and implements corrective actions
Assist Program Manager with the development of system naming conventions, engineering standards, and system operating policies and procedures
Conduct system training as required and directed by the Program Manager
Partner with Uber physical security, Uber corporate IT and other relevant teams??

S2 Security Management System experience (practical, not classroom experience)
ExacqVision Video Management System experience
D3 Incident Management System experience
DMP Intrusion Detection System experience
Experience managing and responding to service requests via Jira
Experience using Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Knowledge and understanding of physical security systems, components and industry best practices
Desired Certifications:
Database (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) administartion
PSIM Experience??
