Position Responsibilities
We seek a full time, on-site IA Data Security Analyst/Help Desk Support for the Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) and Army Contract Writing System Support Services contract located at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The successful candidate will be Customer-focused, responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
?Provide Systems Security Support Services to include security configuration and maintenance of specified USAMRAA devices and equipment.
?Assist the ISSM with the Cybersecurity program
?Identify and remediate vulnerabilities using ACAS
?Assist in IAVA Audit management for workstations, applications, and web sites
?Assist ISSM in all RMF activities
?Assist in validation and implementation of DISA STIG checklists for workstations, applications, and web sites
?Manage security software implementation
?Provide technical help desk Support including Tier I, II and III (PD2 only) sustainment Support for various types of IT equipment, software, and peripheral equipment such as CPU's, monitors, keyboards, mice, laptop/notebook computers, cell and "smart phones" and related equipment.
?Coordinate operating system and application upgrades /patching, IAVA and vulnerability identification, mitigation, and elimination; creation and technical refresh for all end user devices
?Must be able to lift twenty-five pounds.
?Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Must possess CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M.
* Must possess an active DoD SECRET security clearance.
* Experience providing Tier 1, Tier II, or Tier III Helpdesk Support services are required.
* Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues across a wide spectrum of technologies including, but not limited to: PDČ, PDČ Adapter, Sybase ASE, PowerBuilder, web Methods Integration Server, ASF preferred.
* Experience with DISA STIGS, patching, IAVA, vulnerability identification, mitigation, and creation and technical refresh for all end user devices.
* Extensive knowledge and experience working with Procurement Desktop Defense (PDČ) - DoD Contract Writing System is required.
* Industry certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, etc.) preferred.
