We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee roles that encompass Seller Strategy, Deal Desk, Systems & Sales Tooling, and Analytics & Forecasting functions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing initiatives critical to our seller ecosystem, working on Seller Selection Strategy, Sales Operations & Enablement, Seller Analytics and Metrics, management, and more. You'll also be closely working with cross-functional partners in Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance. Â

Setting the strategic direction for Sales and executing on initiatives critical to the success of the LocalFinds program by driving driving Sales efficacy and accountability Â
Hiring, Coaching, and Developing your team of Sales Operations and Strategy associatesÂ
Scaling the Local Marketplace Seller base by 10x to 100x.Â
Serving as a trusted thought partner to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating priorities, challenges, and risks with a data-driven approach.Â
Demonstrating a growth mindset and navigating in ambiguous environments within a highly matrixed organization.Â

What You'll Need...
8-15 years of related experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a related field.Â
Experience managing or coaching a teamÂ
Experience in a fast-paced and tech environment.Â
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.Â
Proven experience in program management, handling complex initiatives across stakeholders.Â
An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build new business initiatives from the ground up.Â
