Handle reports as per projects and client’s requirements
Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Manage suppliers through metrics/performance review
Pass on sale lead to Commercial team
Participate in joint Sales visits (if necessary)
Develop relationships with allocated customers
Take and handle any customer complaints
Act as the first contact point for customer claims; support the customer in notification and reception of claims, provides DHL Global Forwarding's claims documents, collect required documents from claimants and hand them over to specialized claims handlers when documents are completed
Take and process customer feedback and ask for feedback (e.g. follow-up on complaint handling)
Escalate issues (if required)
3/ Process:
Ensure project shipment processing is executed in line with quality & safety procedures
Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with DHL Global Forwarding's standards, at all times
Work in accordance with all SOPs relating to the project
4/ Requirement:
Minimum 2 years experience in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry
Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics/ Freight Forwarding/ International Business sectors
Preferably good knowledge of Supply Chain/ Logistics business & Customs procedures in the Industrial Projects Industry and business systems
Good knowledge of operational processes and systems
Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner
Excellent written and spoken skills in English and local Vietnamese language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have logical thinking and analytical skills
Good working attitude and teamwork
