YOUR TASKS
The position of the Airworthiness Review Staff involves the independent conduct of airworthiness checks (ARC) on aircraft in the EAT fleet, as well as advising the NPCA (Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness) on aviation law matters.
Conducting activities to verify the airworthiness of an aircraft, including reviewing aircraft records and physical inspections.
Performing airworthiness checks and issuing airworthiness review certificates or recommendations in accordance with applicable regulations, national authority requirements, and company procedures.
Extending the validity of the airworthiness certificate.
Managing the status of airworthiness certificates for company fleets.
Supporting the phase-in/phase-out of aircraft and/or the import/export of aircraft.
Reviewing aviation law changes for impacts in the CAMO area.
Collaborating with the national authority on all of the above points.
Monitoring and analyzing findings as a Safety Performance Indicator, participating in Safety Action Groups, and implementing improvement measures based on experiences from conducting airworthiness checks.
Supporting audits by national authorities & IOSA.
Contributing to cross-departmental projects.
YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree and several years of relevant professional experience or many years of relevant professional experience.
Completed Part 66 Appendix III Level 1 Training for the relevant aircraft types.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of maintaining airworthiness and holder of a valid Part 66 CAT B or CAT C license or equivalent solid knowledge.
Leadership experience is desirable.
Proficient in MS Office.
Proficient in TRAX.
Knowledge of AIMS is desirable.
Very good German language skills.
Very good English language skills.
