Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Case Management Security Specialist to join our team in the Springfield, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Monitor all case progress to ensure cases are completed within Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA) mandates
? Ensure no errors are detected and that all case data entry is current and accurate in the PeopleSoft Investigations and Adjudication Modules
? Monitor and assign priorities to cases as specified by the Government (specific work roles, student hires, etc.)
? Provide written weekly status reports to the Team Lead as required
? Accurately create Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Quarterly Metrics reports and deliver for review at least three working days prior to the external suspense
? Coordinate and accurately create the Monthly Suspension Report and deliver three business days prior to the required delivery date
? Prepare the monthly metrics slides with all required information and without error and deliver to the Team Lead by the third working day of the month
? Elevate issues and proposed solutions to include bottlenecks precluding achievement of metrics in a timely manner to the Team Lead
? Maintain all tracking reports, suspension reports, and status reports in shared files, with the latest revision in the external folder, and historical records maintained in an archive folder
? Inspect and document that all folders are clearly marked and easily searchable, using the document mapping criteria provided by the government

Position Requirements:

? Bachelor?s degree and 7-10 years of experience or equivalent experience within related field
? 3+ years of experience within the DoD/IC
? Minimum 1 year of experience managing processes with automated workflows (MS SharePoint workflows, PeopleSoft, or e-QIP preferred)
? Knowledge of or experience with PeopleSoft
? Experience reviewing data in databases ensuring it is both current and accurate
? Ability to assign and prioritize workload according to established guidelines
? Demonstrated skills compiling and accurately submitting metrics reports using the MS Office Suite to include the development of PowerPoint slides
? Ability to problem solve and elevate issues in a timely and comprehensive manner to team leadership
? Experience updating, tracking, and maintaining reports in softcopy using shared and archival folders
? Experience creating and delivering reports in required formats by or prior to the required suspense
? Proven communication skills ? verbal, written and listening
? Excellent attention to detail skills
? Demonstrated ability to multi-task
? Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
? Able to work effectively with minimal direction and in a team environment
? Excellent interpersonal skills

An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required
