Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Security Specialist Customer Service to join our team in the Springfield, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries.
? Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 24 hours of receipt.
? Deliver priority messages based on urgency.
? Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules.
? Return all phone messages within 2 hours of receipt.
? Coordinate customer support activities across applicable offices to deliver the appropriate answers.
? Create and deliver accurate reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date

Position Requirements:

? Bachelor?s degree and 3-6 years of experience or equivalent experience within related field
? 2+ years of experience within the DoD/IC
? Compliance training in Federal Investigative Standards
? At least 2 years of experience in customer support, communication, or related field (e.g., Marketing)
? Proven communication skills ? verbal, written and listening
? Demonstrated expertise efficiently and effectively documenting and tracking numerous actions to successful completion
? Knowledge of or experience with PeopleSoft
? Ability to multi-task
? Demonstrated skills developing and submitting quality documentation using MS Office Suite and applicable databases
? Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
? Able to work effectively with minimal direction
? Excellent customer service skills

Security Requirements:

An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required
