Responsibilities

Job Overview:

  • DHL Supply Chain Vietnam is seeking a skilled Integration Analyst to join our IT team, focusing on enabling seamless integration between systems within our logistics and supply chain operations.
  • The role involves mapping business and operational requirements into EDI/API to facilitate efficient data exchange with internal and external systems.
  • You will collaborate closely with regional development teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation of integration solutions, leveraging DHL’s mapping tools to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams to understand business needs and design system integration solutions.
  • Build and maintain data flows between systems using APIs, middleware, or other tools.
  • Support testing and deployment of integration features across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data exchange.
  • Document integration processes and suggest improvements for better performance.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in roles such as IT System Supervisor, Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar positions.

Technical Skills:

  • Integration Standards: Strong understanding of system integration standards (API, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, JSON) and XML file structures.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Integration Tools: Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, or similar) and system configuration.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly in transport operations (eg. Transport, warehouse, order management system).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking to effectively map complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaboration Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).

Soft Skills:

  •  Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver accurate results with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive Mindset: A focus on process improvement and innovation, demonstrating initiative in identifying and implementing enhancements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related fields.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Global Exposure: Experience working in an international corporation or with regional teams.
  • Certifications: Knowledge of ITIL, project management, or supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP).
