Lockheed Martin values your skills, training and education. CAM Level of Effort scope of work focuses on labor hours to accomplish activities to support Control Account Manager. This Control Account contains Level of Effort activities which cannot be discretely defined, nor does it have an end deliverable product. The scope of work for this effort includes: performing day-to-day management of tasks, including technical direction for the Provisioning IPT, satisfying requirements of the Program Management team; preparation for/attending meetings including IPT Reviews, Risk Review Boards, Change Boards, Inter-IPT coordination, interfaces with the customer; metric reporting activities-including, Weekly Task Execution (WTE), Schedule and EVMS (monthly status, change requests, Variance Analysis Reports, EAC exercises and manpower planning support); Interface Memorandum support and internal training of analysts and travel coordination.

Basic Qualifications
US Citizenship due to Operations Security (OPSEC) Requirements
Associate degree (or equivalent), or Technical Trade School Training in Maintenance or computer databases. (Must have at least one.)
Read and interpret engineering drawings. (Mandatory)
Work Experience
Must have three (3) of the six (8) below listed experiences to be considered minimally qualified:
4 yea rEVMS experience and/or training in:
- Maintenance or computer databases (Trade School Hands-On experience qualifies)
- Basic understanding of computer databases
- Provisioning experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to interpret contract data
- Ability to provide program status to upper management
- Ability to understand data elements and input data into a computer database

Desired skills
Possess basic skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
Knows how to read blueprints,
Basic understanding of MIL-STD-1388-2B,GEIA-STD-0007B provisioning processes.
Willing to work at a computer during normal work 8 hours.
Ability to work and support team members with a positive attitude

Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or Program Management
4 years EVMS provisioning experience
