Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business success? We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to define and implement strategies for our specific line of business at the branch level.

In this role, you will lead operations to achieve both short-term and long-term financial and operational objectives, including profitability, revenue growth, productivity, and market share, all in alignment with our overall business strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the line of business strategy at the branch level, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, and oversee effective business operations, including sales, marketing, accounting, and financial functions.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure robust P&L management, including EBITA, cost control, and revenue optimization for the line of business.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess branch performance, monitor budgets, and recommend corrective actions for variances.
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify and drive exploration of growth opportunities, enhancing market share and profitability.
  • Issue Resolution: Address conflicts and ensure effective execution in critical areas, including product and market strategy and business development.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze complex issues and adapt existing methods to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business leaders, customers, and external service providers to influence policies and practices.
 

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

 
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on strategy and operations.

 Skills:

  • Strong expertise in strategy implementation, business operations, and productivity
  • Proficient in budget management, profit optimization, and market strategy development
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with DPDHL business processes and knowledge of industry best practices
  • Knowledge: Understanding about Semarang market is mandatory
