We are expanding our ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE) team in India and looking for a ServiceNow Principal Architect to join us. This role will play a critical role in shaping the organization's ServiceNow strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. As a Principal Architect you will be required to have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) best practices, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

We are looking for a Principal ServiceNow Architect in a senior-level role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of ServiceNow solutions within an organization.

What you would do

• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Design scalable and efficient ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
• Lead the ServiceNow architecture strategy, providing guidance to development teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define the roadmap for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, features, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on complex issues related to ServiceNow development, integrations, and customizations.
• Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and guidelines for ServiceNow implementations.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all ServiceNow solutions.
• Monitor and assess the performance of ServiceNow applications, making recommendations for improvements.
• Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, usability, and user experience.
• Mentor and train junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

As a Principal ServiceNow Architect, having ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certifications is a huge plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado; therefore you have a good understanding of [SKILL 3, SKILL 4]. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
