Become an integral part of a newly formed team of cyber Solution architects in our innovative Center for Complex Cyber Solutions (C3S). ManTech is seeking highly-motivated, customer-oriented Cyber Solutions Architects to join this high-powered team in the Reston/Herndon area. This team of cyber experts will report directly into the highest levels of ManTech and support the most challenging, complex growth-oriented initiatives across all Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian markets. At ManTech, you?ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You will design current and future solutions that are consistent with operational best practices, maintain a strong knowledge of emerging technologies, interface with operations and customers in order to continuously improve our center
This role is reserved for individuals who have attained an advanced level of distinction in technical expertise and seniority within the Solution Architect career path and/or IT industry
Develop differentiated, compelling solutions for the largest, most complex pursuit opportunities across the corporation
Build capacity, capability, and demand across full sales lifecycle and program transition and start-up
Enhance sophistication and maturity of existing cyber security Solution offerings in continuous diagnostic monitoring, insider threat, cyber defense, cyber range, etc.
Advance information sharing among practitioners through support to ManTech?s Communities of Practice and leading Independent Research and Development (IRAD) projects
Individuals will be expected to work closely with senior sales and operations executives, other technical solutions architects, as well as capture and business development executives
Requires Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and twelve to fifteen years of related information technology experience with five plus years in Cyber Security

Cyber Analytics ? Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, or Incident Response and Forensics
Must have a proven track record and demonstrable experience designing, developing, and implementing advanced cyber security solutions in response to major opportunity pursuits across Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian markets
Certifications applicable to area of discipline may include: Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH); Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); SANS GIAC certifications; HITRUST CSF Practitioner; Security+; etc.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time, mostly in Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area
Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, Top Secret SCI-eligible preferred
