The RMS International Business Development Director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will report to and support the RMS Middle East Regional director. The successful candidate will work in concert with the Middle East Regional Director to understand the overall RMS Middle East strategy and ensure the RMS KSA strategy is in alignment. The candidate will serve as the prime internal and external contact for RMS international Business Development for the KSA region. The position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
? Leading regional business development KSA team for the identification and qualification of business opportunities
? Leading briefings and strategy meetings for Senior/executive management, customer and government representatives regarding KSA
? Hosting and coordinating company executive visits to the country
? Acting as the KSA regional subject matter expert for RMS, providing advice and guidance to the RMS Lines of Business
? Supporting RMS at RMS-led and Corporate-led trade shows/conference messaging in coordination with communications
? Coordinating with all RMS Lines of Business to ensure clear communication of KSA activities/opportunities and their alignment to the country/regional strategy.
? Support the coordination with the Lockheed Martin International teams to ensure alignment of RMS KSA strategy, use of common resources and a general knowledge of the corporation?s activities in the country and region.
? Actively developing and maintaining regional business/government relationships to optimize RMS customer engagement opportunities.

This position is located in Riyadh. Expat package is negotiable.

Basic Qualifications
Fluent Arabic Speaker
Knowledge and experience of RMS product lines and capabilities
Expertise in Middle Eastern politics, business and culture
Maintain regular contact with US agencies and policy makers which affect the region
Experience in strategy development for domestic products with international potential
Understanding of customer requirements development processes
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) experience

Desired skills

Demonstrated business acumen
P&L Experience
Ability to read and write in Arabic
