General Responsibilities:

? The candidate will serve as the Program Manager for the Training Support Division's C4ISR Systems & CYBER Technology Training & Fielding Support contract. the selected individual will serve as part of the Program Management team located in Belcamp, MD.

? ? Manages the project life cycle by developing comprehensive project plans to include both long and short range goals and milestones
? ? Manages CONUS and OCONUS training requirements
? ? Identifies, acquires, and utilizes company resources to achieve project technical objectives
? ? Manages a workforce positioned across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring completion of milestones within specific budgets and schedules
? ? Interface with external customers and senior management to communicate status of contract throughout life cycle
? ? Provide strong organizational, planning and analysis skills in executing critical day-to-day functions and priorities
? ? Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks with frequently changing timelines and priorities
? ? Perform a variety of both complex and routine administrative and analytical duties
? ? Perform quality management, evaluating program metrics related to contract performance and customer satisfaction and ensuring objectives are met
? ? Serve as a liaison between Senior Management, DOD customers, and interagency partners to address and resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
? ? Perform business development and manage a multi-year pipeline of opportunities
? ? Lead and/or support capture management and proposal development activities
? ? Advance client goals through effective execution of requirements and problem solving
? ? Establish innovative solutions to complex contract requirements, program operations, and subcontract management
? ? Build working relationships with subcontractors and vendors to establish team cohesiveness
? ? Partner with business development peers to initiate business growth prospects
? ? Mentor program direct reports in operations, program management and business development

Mandatory Skills Requirements:

? Requires Bachelor?s degree, and ten to twelve years of related experience including management experience
? Management of multiple programs simultaneously, with over 150 FTE total headcount
? Experience in transition and start-up of a new program (take-away) valued at over $50M
? Exceptional oral and written communication skills as well as negotiation skills
? Exceptional proposal writing skills and experience.
? Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook.
? PMP Certification
