Watershed Restoration Group is seeking a tech savvy and customer focused Online Chat Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, partners, and stakeholders by providing real time chat support for inquiries, project updates, and general company information. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional virtual customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding services, environmental projects, and policies.
Assist with appointment scheduling, technical support, and general inquiries as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
Stay updated on company policies, environmental initiatives, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Requirements:
