ManTech is seeking a candidate to become a part of a diverse team that provides support to the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) value-based purchasing programs administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The team provides the full lifecycle development and support necessary to consolidate the following three existing data entry and reporting Systems into a single redesigned system:
? The Consolidated Renal Operations in a Web-Enabled Network (CROWNWeb)
? The Renal Management Information System (REMIS)
? The ESRD Quality Incentive Payment (QIP) System

ManTech provides agile requirements gathering and breakdown for sprint story refinement, user experience (UX) design, acceptance test-driven development (ATDD), DevOps, automated testing to include comprehensive regression testing, software release and deployment, documentation, help desk/maintenance support, and knowledge transfer.

The Business Analyst will conduct analysis activities of IT projects for ManTech clients through elicitation, documentation of Business and system level requirements, development acceptance criteria and participate fully in the Iterative Project and Sprint teams.

? Work with the customer to detail and convert Business requirements into system functional, non-functional, and operational requirements
? Develop, maintain, and provide feedback for customer Process documentation
? Develop use cases, user stories and scenarios
? Develop Process/system flows in a tool such as Visio
? Experience with data mapping and system interfaces
? Able to query databases and analyze data
? Develop awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting users of the data and software products
? Support the development of programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data
? Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication
? Works well as a team, as well as individually, at all levels of an organization to obtain knowledge that facilitates problem resolution
? Facilitate group requirements review sessions
? Manage requirements and artifacts in appropriate requirements management tools (Collab tool, Serena RM, and SharePoint)
? Research background information in order to be more effective and to facilitate understanding of overall program activities
? Support the testing Process by providing documentation, researching questions, and providing timely answers
? Keep management informed of progress and solicit assistance when a road block is present
? Maintains confidentially of information as specified by ManTech Information Security Department
? Assure work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content
? All other duties as assigned or directed

? Bachelor?s Degree
? 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
? Experience with a variety of requirements elicitation and management techniques
? Experience with a modern requirements management tool such as DOORS, Requisite Pro, Quality Center, or Caliber RM
? Experience leading analysis activities of other BAs on a software development team
? Intermediate SQL skills

? Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
? Ability to work well independently or in a mostly Agile team environment
? Establishes and maintains effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? Self motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
? Ability to accurately prepare written Business correspondence and deliverables that are coherent and grammatically correct.
? Ability to elicit requirements using a variety of techniques, including: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, Business Process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, Business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or view points
? Assist with the development of functional specifications (and, possibly, system design specifications) for client engagements
? Develop Process/system flows in a tool such as Visio.
? Understand technical design specifications
? Experience utilizing requirements management tools
? Demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day work
? Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust with fellow innovators
? Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
? Manage expectations that are set with client and communicate when issues/events may affect delivery
